SIMPLIFIED T'AI CHI FOR HEALTH

This class teaches the fundamentals of good posture and relaxation through the application of t'ai chi principles to movement. The curriculum includes the 24 Step Simplified T'ai Chi Form developed at the request of the Chinese government to provide its citizens with a balanced fitness program for improved health. Chi Kung (qigong) is taught within the t'ai chi instruction. Students are encouraged to learn at their own pace.

You will enjoy gently excercising your body with natural, graceful movements, in a relaxing and friendly environment. Students benefit by developing improved flexibility, balance, and coordination. Other benefits of regular t'ai chi practice include the strengthening of organs and improved circulation. This program is designed for for people of all ages seeking relaxation and an improved quality of life. I encourage Senior Citizens to join this rewarding program.
